1. Serve as a brand ambassador for Givenchy at the Harrods Concession, providing luxury customer service to an international clientele.
2. Welcome clients and ensure they feel comfortable, building strong relationships to assist in product selection.
3. Introduce and recommend complementary products, sharing extensive product knowledge.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally, maintaining client relationships.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personal follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, promoting the Givenchy image.
7. Exceed behavioral requirements, including adherence to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Enhance product knowledge by staying informed about fashion trends and competitors, and participating in training.
9. Support stock control and management in line with guidance from Stock Control colleagues.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a high fashion environment.
2. Experience in a luxury department store preferred.
3. Proven experience in selling leather goods with an understanding of craftsmanship and quality.

1. Strong business acumen and experience with retail KPIs.
2. Genuine interest in fashion and the Givenchy brand.
3. Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
4. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Givenchy Brand Ambassador.
6. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
