1. Validate supply orders for various retail needs including packaging and uniforms.
2. Manage boutique invoices, including entry into GYPO and tracking supplier payments.
3. Update procedures and adapt them according to market needs.
4. Support the implementation of new guidelines and retail standards.
5. Assist in the deployment of new retail tools.
6. Update and monitor Givenchy wardrobe inventories.
7. Coordinate with general services for boutique needs such as security and cleaning.
8. Support boutique opening and closing projects.
9. Assist in preparing operations training sessions.
10. Optimize resource organization in boutiques, including scheduling and cost control.

1. Previous retail experience is advantageous.
2. Excellent command of English and French.
3. Internship agreement required.

3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Cegid and SAP is a plus.
5. Enthusiasm and a keen interest in the luxury retail sector.

No prior experience is required, though a background in retail is beneficial.
