1. Develop and design CAD models in alignment with designer requests using MOZART software.
2. Interpret and understand designer specifications accurately.
3. Collaborate closely with the internal atelier and prototyping team.
4. Coordinate with internal departments in Florence and the designer team based in Paris.
5. Adhere to project schedules and timelines.
6. Manage and resolve unexpected issues during development and assembly stages.
7. Anticipate potential problems in leather goods construction.
8. Maintain strong collaboration with external suppliers.

1. 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Degree or specialization in modeling.

1. Advanced knowledge of CAD and MOZART software.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills across all levels, including with Paris HQ.
5. Strong administrative task management skills.
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
7. Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role is required.

Degree or specialization in modeling.
