1. Assist in executing action plans in collaboration with Merchandising Managers to achieve sales and sell-through targets.
2. Monitor daily inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain teams for product transfers and replenishments in retail stores.
3. Conduct regular product rebalancing to optimize sell-through rates.
4. Support product buying activities by providing business and sales data and preparing presentations for buying sessions.
5. Share seasonal collection details, product knowledge, and selling techniques with store teams to enhance sales efficiency.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly merchandising reports under the guidance of the Merchandising Manager.
7. Maintain daily communication with Store Managers to ensure alignment on merchandising priorities and store needs.

1-2 years of experience as a Merchandising Coordinator in retail is preferred. Experience in retail operations and selling is advantageous.

University degree or higher
