1. Manage prototype and sample launches with designers, workshops, and manufacturers for men's ready-to-wear categories.
2. Participate in fittings and gather technical feedback.
3. Prepare technical files with all necessary information for manufacturers or the in-house workshop.
4. Maintain operational communication with manufacturers and oversee collection progress.
5. Proactively identify and resolve product-related issues throughout the development phases.
6. Code the collection in the PLM system.
7. Ensure real-time updates of various collection tools (PLM, Bill of Materials, Collection Plan, Factory Load Plan, etc.).
8. Calculate and negotiate product cost prices with manufacturers according to the brand's objectives.
9. Adhere to timelines and budgets, raising alerts when necessary.
10. Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure the relevance and quality of launches from prototype to boutique delivery.
11. Participate in standardization fittings with Industrialization and Production teams.

1. 3 to 5 years minimum experience in product development.
2. Technical knowledge and strong sensitivity to men's ready-to-wear.
3. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

3. Teamwork capability and flexibility.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PLM systems.

Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, specifically in men's ready-to-wear fashion.
