Givenchy Men's Ready-to-Wear Product Developer

- Manage prototype and sample launches with designers, workshops, and manufacturers for men's ready-to-wear categories.
- Participate in fittings and gather technical feedback.
- Prepare technical files with all necessary information for manufacturers or the in-house workshop.
- Maintain operational communication with manufacturers and oversee collection progress.
- Proactively identify and resolve product-related issues throughout the development phases.
- Code the collection in the PLM system.
- Ensure real-time updates of various collection tools (PLM, Bill of Materials, Collection Plan, Factory Load Plan, etc.).
- Calculate and negotiate product cost prices with manufacturers according to the brand's objectives.
- Adhere to timelines and budgets, raising alerts when necessary.
- Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure the relevance and quality of launches from prototype to boutique delivery.
- Participate in standardization fittings with Industrialization and Production teams.
- 3 to 5 years minimum experience in product development.
- Technical knowledge and strong sensitivity to men's ready-to-wear.
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, autonomy, versatility, and reactivity.
- Teamwork capability and flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PLM systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, specifically in men's ready-to-wear fashion.
