- Assist the Paid Media team in media planning and content creation.
- Gather and verify technical specifications for media plans across press, outdoor, and digital platforms.
- Aid in the production of advertising formats from creation to online deployment across all markets.
- Prepare assets and setup elements for the launch of Paid Social and Digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure proper campaign implementation.
- Support content production and distribution for direct market media plans.
- Ensure correct asset deployment and usage within each market.
- Archive shared elements from subsidiaries and partners on the internal network.
- Develop and define strategic monitoring for the fashion and luxury industry.
- Monitor media trends in digital and paid social, including innovations and formats.
- Conduct competitive benchmarks.
- Manage the reception of campaign reports and analyses with subsidiaries and partner agencies.
- Update data in the media tracking tool.
- Coordinate billing with the Accounting department.
- Assist the team with general administrative tasks.
- Enrollment in a Business School, Fashion School, Communication School, or equivalent degree program.
- Previous experience in media or paid social is preferred.
- Passion for digital media and a strong understanding of the luxury sector.
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Entry-level experience with a preference for prior exposure to media or paid social environments.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion, Communication, or a related field.
