Givenchy Internship - Transport and Customs Assistant

- Organize international air and sea transports.
- Coordinate national road transports.
- Monitor and control express transports.
- Analyze and communicate performance indicators.
- Participate in transport steering committees.
- Manage reverse logistics flows, including collection movements with markets.
- Oversee international shipments and deliveries.
- Handle import customs clearance.
- Update and adapt management files.
- Develop and communicate dedicated performance indicators.
- Support the launch of the Givenchy Transport Management System (TMS).
- Design solutions to enhance management and performance tracking tools.
- Identify and propose initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of Givenchy transports.
- Create and monitor relevant environmental performance indicators and contribute to internal communication.
- Occasional travel to the Sorigny logistics warehouse is required.
- Enrollment in an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Previous significant internship or work-study experience.
- Proficiency in handling large volumes of quantitative data with precision.
- Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
Entry-level position suitable for students with prior internship or work-study experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Internship agreement required. Duration: 6 months. Start date: April 2025. Location: Paris 8th arrondissement.
