Givenchy Internship - Transport and Customs Assistant

1. Organize international air and sea transports.
2. Coordinate national road transports.
3. Monitor and control express transports.
4. Analyze and communicate performance indicators.
5. Participate in transport steering committees.
6. Manage reverse logistics flows, including collection movements with markets.
7. Oversee international shipments and deliveries.
8. Handle import customs clearance.
9. Update and adapt management files.
10. Develop and communicate dedicated performance indicators.
11. Support the launch of the Givenchy Transport Management System (TMS).
12. Design solutions to enhance management and performance tracking tools.
13. Identify and propose initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of Givenchy transports.
14. Create and monitor relevant environmental performance indicators and contribute to internal communication.
15. Occasional travel to the Sorigny logistics warehouse is required.

1. Enrollment in an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program, ideally with a specialization in Supply Chain or Logistics.
2. Previous significant internship or work-study experience.

1. Proficiency in handling large volumes of quantitative data with precision.
2. Proactive and autonomous work ethic.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
5. Experience with SAP is a plus.
6. Fluency in English.

Entry-level position suitable for students with prior internship or work-study experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

Internship agreement required. Duration: 6 months. Start date: April 2025. Location: Paris 8th arrondissement.
