- Weekly distribution of permanent and seasonal products to optimize store availability and support international business.
- Monitoring performance indicators such as coverage and availability rates, and implementing improvement action plans.
- Tracking production for respective categories in direct collaboration with production teams.
- Updating performance indicators and production reporting.
- Weekly updates and communication of planning tracking tools.
- Creating and communicating demand planning to production teams.
- Sharing stock requirements with production through the reorder process.
- Monitoring stock shortages of permanent products with the distribution team and challenging production teams.
- Maintaining the launch calendar for respective categories.
- Preparing weekly Key Bets meetings involving Merchandising, Production, Supply, and Business Planning.
- Deploying production KPIs in Business Intelligence.
- Creating a dashboard to track permanent products (availability rate, coverage, shortages).
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or equivalent university program, specializing in Supply Chain or Information Systems.
- Significant internship or apprenticeship experience, ideally in the relevant field.
- Proficiency in handling and analyzing large volumes of quantitative data with precision and rigor.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and autonomous work capabilities with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm.
- Aptitude for IT tools and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP and BI tools like POWER BI is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French is essential; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
Entry-level experience, suitable for students with prior internship or apprenticeship exposure.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a related field with a focus on Supply Chain or Information Systems.
