1. Weekly distribution of permanent and seasonal products, optimizing store availability and supporting international business.
2. Monitoring performance indicators such as coverage rate and availability rate, and implementing improvement action plans.
3. Tracking production for respective categories in direct interface with production teams.
4. Updating performance indicators and production reporting.
5. Weekly updates and communication of planning tracking tools.
6. Creating and communicating demand planning to production teams.
7. Sharing stock needs with production through the reorder process.
8. Monitoring stock shortages on permanent products with the distribution team and challenging production teams.
9. Maintaining the launch calendar for respective categories.
10. Preparing weekly Key Bets meetings with Merchandising, Production, Supply, and Business Planning.
11. Deploying production KPIs in Business Intelligence.
12. Creating a dashboard to track permanent products (availability rate/coverage/shortages).

1. Student in engineering school or equivalent university program, specializing in Supply Chain or Information Systems.
2. Significant internship or work-study experience, ideally in the relevant field.

1. Proficiency in handling and analyzing large amounts of quantitative data.
2. Strong analytical, organizational, and autonomous skills with a sense of initiative.
3. Enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills.
4. Aptitude for IT tools and excellent command of Excel.
5. Experience with SAP and BI tools like POWER BI is a plus.
6. Excellent command of English and French; Italian is a plus.

Entry-level

Student in engineering school or equivalent university program, specializing in Supply Chain or Information Systems.

Mandatory internship agreement. Duration: 6 months. Start date: March 2025. Location: Paris 8.
