- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with Givenchy's new creative direction and business objectives.
- Oversee omnichannel operations, including global e-commerce, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional customer experience.
- Lead and inspire regional directors and global sales teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee retail operations and manage wholesale distribution, optimizing channel effectiveness and strategic partnerships.
- Elevate the client experience by developing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Assume full P&L responsibility, driving profitability and sustainable growth for Maison Givenchy.
- Ensure sustainable growth across all markets, maintaining consistency and stability in performance.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align commercial strategies with the brand's heritage and new creative direction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, representing Givenchy at industry events and securing strategic opportunities.
- Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role within the luxury industry, preferably in fashion.
- Robust track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies in multiple markets.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail, wholesale, and omnichannel operations and distribution channels.
- P&L management experience with a focus on driving profitability and sustainable growth.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, engage, and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation.
- Passion for luxury fashion and deep appreciation of Maison Givenchy's heritage and vision.
Minimum of 10 years in a senior commercial leadership role within the luxury industry.
