Givenchy Global Clienteling Coordinator Intern

- Assist in coordinating the Clienteling strategy across various regions including the US, China, APAC, and EMEA, and provide precise reporting on actions taken, such as conversion rates and ROI.
- Communicate with regional teams to document client activations and best practices.
- Support regions in developing client activations and ensure adherence to global guidelines.
- Coordinate the annual and seasonal gifting strategy from gift conception to distribution across regions.
- Manage the VIC client list and client experience during Paris fashion shows.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of Clienteling tools to regions, including client activation menus, training, and newsletters.
- Coordinate and implement client campaign templates on the Clienteling application.
- Support budget tracking for Clienteling activities.
- Update the Clienteling action calendar and provide precise, regular reporting on all Clienteling activities.
- Conduct competitive analysis of Clienteling actions within the luxury industry and beyond.
- Strong interest in luxury sector trends and client experience.
- Previous experience in a Client Experience department.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, with strong analytical abilities.
- Organized, meticulous, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- Creative with a strong sense of initiative.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in a Client Experience department is required.
