Givenchy Global Clienteling Coordination Intern

- Assist the team in coordinating the Clienteling strategy across various regions, including the US, China, APAC, and EMEA, and provide detailed reporting on actions taken, such as conversion rates, ROI, and qualitative feedback.
- Communicate with regions to catalog client activations and best practices.
- Support regions in developing client activations and ensure adherence to global guidelines.
- Coordinate annual and seasonal gifting strategies across all regions, from gift conception to distribution.
- Coordinate the VIC client list and client experience for Paris fashion shows.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of Clienteling tools to regions, including client activation menus, training, and newsletters.
- Coordinate and implement client campaign templates on the Clienteling application.
- Assist in monitoring the Clienteling budget.
- Update the Clienteling action calendar and ensure precise and regular reporting of all Clienteling activities.
- Conduct competitive analysis of Clienteling actions within the luxury industry and beyond.
- Strong interest in luxury sector trends and client experience.
- Previous experience in a Client Experience department.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, with strong analytical abilities.
- Organized, meticulous, flexible, and detail-oriented.
- Creative with a strong initiative spirit.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in a Client Experience department is required.
Internship agreement required. Duration of 6 months starting in July 2025. Located in Paris 8th arrondissement.
