Givenchy General and Accounts Payable Manager

- Oversee monthly closing processes in coordination with the Accounting Director and management control, including various analyses.
- Manage fixed assets, including tracking entries and exits, verifying depreciation schedules, and establishing monthly reconciliations.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet analysis, reconciliation, and variance explanations.
- Report the balance sheet in the group's consolidation tool, SyRus.
- Drive the transformation of the accounting function, participating in task automation and projects.
- Prepare or assist in preparing mandatory declarations (CVAE, VAT, C3S, DEB, etc.).
- Establish financial statements and tax packages.
- Manage the Accounts Payable team and oversee the transition period.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and timely processing and payment of invoices in collaboration with operational teams.
- Implement key reporting metrics and participate in projects such as electronic invoicing.
- Propose improvements and stay informed about technological and regulatory developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in general accounting roles and 5 years in an accounting firm.
- Proficiency in SAP (FI and MM modules).
- Strong automation and financial tool utilization skills.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, creativity, and diplomacy in communication and fashion environments.
- Agility in managing economic constraints.
Minimum of 5 years in general accounting and 5 years in an accounting firm.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
