Givenchy Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator

- Manage the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and oversee follow-ups.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary creation and budget tracking.
- Assist with travel and expense tracking for the President's direct reports.
- Develop and maintain a network of hospitality contacts to secure preferred rates and reservations.
- Prepare agendas and materials for leadership meetings.
- Support executive visits with comprehensive itineraries and assistance.
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and business updates.
- Serve as the primary contact for office management, including IT support and supply orders.
- Source venues and plan corporate and retail events, managing logistics and budgets.
- Collaborate on real estate projects, preparing presentations and maintaining planning files.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of corporate work experience
- Proven track record of efficiency and resourcefulness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting is required, demonstrating efficiency and resourcefulness.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, dependent on skills and experience.
