- Manage the President's calendar and coordinate all meetings and workflows, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Facilitate comprehensive travel arrangements, including itineraries and budget tracking, and complete expense reports using Concur.
- Oversee travel requests and budget tracking for the President's direct reports.
- Develop a network of hospitality contacts to secure preferential rates and reservations.
- Prepare agendas and materials for weekly leadership meetings.
- Create itineraries and provide support for executive visits.
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, including business updates and market visit recaps.
- Serve as the primary contact for office management, including IT assistance and supply orders.
- Source venues and plan corporate events, managing logistics for large gatherings.
- Collaborate on real estate projects, maintaining planning files and updating competitor indices.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 2-3 years of corporate experience with demonstrated efficiency and resourcefulness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, dependent on skills and experience.
