1. Update and maintain embroidery recaps, including history and samples.
2. Monitor and update the embroidery launch tracking table.
3. Code embroideries in the PLM system, including document insertion (images, technical sheets, pricing).
4. Create purchase orders for embroideries.
5. Request technical sheets and pricing information.
6. Create production sheets and oversee production handover.
7. Update invoice tracking table.
8. Track the launch and delivery of collection embroideries.
9. Manage the embroidery budget.
10. Propose alternative techniques and negotiate pricing and minimums.
11. Evaluate technical possibilities for industrialization and grading.
12. Perform additional administrative and logistical tasks (e.g., DHL shipments).

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
5. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PLM systems.
