Givenchy Distribution Planner EMEA

- Ensure timely delivery of products to stores in alignment with collection launch schedules and commercial operations.
- Collaborate closely with logistics teams to monitor shipment volumes and with transport teams to ensure deliveries.
- Control product flow in coordination with Retail Merchandising teams and propose action plans based on business priorities and opportunities.
- Analyze discrepancies between forecasts and actual sales to optimize product availability in each store.
- Alert and challenge teams in case of delivery delays due to production or transport issues.
- Communicate daily with the Business Planning team, sharing local actions impacting budgets and serving as the primary contact for Business Planning.
- Lead the identification, definition, and implementation of process improvement solutions in Supply Chain, focusing on logistics, merchandising, and stock management.
- Develop and optimize management tools and reporting systems.
- Conduct monthly analyses, controls, and communications related to product distribution.
- Establish rules and best practices to measure risk and evaluate opportunities.
- Manage projects related to improvements and the launch of new IT tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in demand planning tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience with SAP and ANAPLAN is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Management, or a related field.
