1. Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the digital communication strategy.
2. Manage and update the global social media calendar across platforms such as Meta, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, and Line.
3. Support community management and coordinate with regional teams.
4. Update performance indicators and prepare reports.
5. Identify trends and opportunities in digital communication.
6. Participate in editorial content implementation within the CMS.
7. Coordinate with various teams to adapt the global calendar.
8. Assist in digital media buying during communication campaigns.
9. Support the preview process before media campaign launches.
10. Monitor campaign performance.
11. Facilitate coordination with regional and internal teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Ideally, previous experience in digital communication.

1. Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, WeChat, and Line.
2. Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and performance monitoring.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Photoshop; knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
4. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
