1. Process customer orders from receipt to dispatch.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
3. Initiate deliveries and manage shipping specifics, including customs documents and payment terms.
4. Monitor payments and monthly billing objectives.
5. Update order tracking spreadsheets.
6. Handle after-sales service requests from wholesale clients.
7. Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Customer Service procedures.
9. Propose and participate in the development of performance indicators.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School, University, or equivalent program.

1. Dynamic, curious, and proactive with strong organizational skills.
2. Ability to manage priorities and comfortable with numerical data.
3. Team player with autonomy and excellent customer service orientation.
4. Proficient in written and spoken English.
5. Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
6. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Business School, University, or equivalent program.
