1. Oversee product offerings and manage the development of collections, including briefing the studio and constructing collection plans.
2. Coordinate development meetings, update development tools, and manage product catalog coding.
3. Conduct cost studies, define retail prices, and ensure margin objectives are met.
4. Manage material orders, product launches, and development timelines.
5. Prepare showrooms for collections, including prototype management and sales tool creation.
6. Develop product narratives and showroom presentations.
7. Lead pricing strategy and post-showroom analysis.
8. Serve as a product coordination reference for communication, digital, retail, and visual merchandising.
9. Ensure e-commerce presentation accuracy and coordinate product shoots.
10. Manage press and VIP orders.

1. University degree or business school education with a specialization in marketing or equivalent.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury or footwear industry.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Excellent writing skills.
5. Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
