Givenchy Collection Merchandiser - Footwear

- Lead the product offering and oversee the development of collections, ensuring alignment with market trends and commercial needs.
- Conduct competitive product analysis to identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with retail merchandising to integrate commercial needs from various regions.
- Develop collection briefs for the studio and construct product strategy and collection plans.
- Set target prices within the collection plan, incorporating feedback from production and retail merchandising while adhering to margin objectives.
- Assist in the development of collections in collaboration with the studio and development teams, addressing fitting and development issues.
- Manage the reception of prototypes and prepare sales support tools for showrooms, including product briefings and material books.
- Coordinate 360-degree product shoots and oversee pricing strategy in euros and other currencies.
- Serve as the product category reference for 360-degree deployment across communication, digital, retail, training, and visual merchandising.
- Oversee press orders and coordinate marketing, advertising, and e-commerce shoots.
- Manage prototype flows and collection inventories.
- Monitor e-commerce merchandising, including product shooting and content creation.
- University degree or business school diploma with a specialization in marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the footwear or luxury sector.
- Strong product sensitivity and aesthetic sense.
- Creativity and curiosity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Proactive problem-solving orientation.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar position within the footwear or luxury industry is required.
University degree or equivalent in marketing or business.
