- Coordinate and support in-store and external events.
- Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and department partners.

- Collect and share best practices in clienteling.
- Develop tools for client identification and conduct in-depth client profile analysis.
- Coordinate gifting strategy.
- Support and coordinate marketing activities and update the marketing calendar.
- Manage purchase orders and invoices.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
- Rigorous, proactive, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Teamwork skills.
Prior internship experience in project management, ideally in event management or client relationship management, is advantageous.
