1. Coordinate, support, and participate in in-store and external events.
2. Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and department partners.
3. Contribute to the implementation of client experiences for fashion shows.
4. Monitor and report on the impact of clienteling actions.
5. Gather and share best practices in clienteling.
6. Develop tools for client identification and conduct in-depth client profile analysis.
7. Coordinate gifting strategies.
8. Support the organization of exclusive experiences for Very Important Clients (VICs).
9. Manage purchase orders and invoices.
10. Perform various administrative tasks.

1. Rigorous, proactive, and detail-oriented.
2. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
3. Previous internship experience in project management, ideally in event management or client relationship management, is a plus.
4. Flexible, adaptable, and enjoys teamwork.
5. Fluent in French and English.
