- Cultivate and deepen client relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Drive client loyalty and increase spending with both new and existing clients.
- Lead the sales team in client development activities to attract and retain clients.
- Identify client passions and community involvement to create CSR opportunities.
- Exhibit sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Enhance the client experience by delivering personalized and memorable interactions.
- Maintain a continuous Client Experience management presence on the sales floor.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Act on client feedback to improve customer service.
- Support the Store Director in mentoring and developing the team.
- Provide continuous coaching and qualitative feedback to the team.
- Ensure exceptional support to drive sales and customer service.
- Identify and implement efficiencies and best practices for seamless guest experiences.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
- 2-3+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology.
- Diplomatic management of multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
