3. Oversee purchasing and supply of fabrics for models, prototypes, and SMS.
4. Organize the dispatch of materials to factories for model launches.
5. Manage budget to ensure and maintain product margin.
6. Create material codes and update information in the PLM system.
7. Centralize fabric traceability information to comply with AGEC law and LVMH LIFE 360° program.
8. Prepare physical supports such as fabric sheets and material samples.
9. Create material archive folders for production.
10. Prepare material samples for VIP, merchandising, and production teams.

1. Dynamic, organized, and proactive.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal stakeholders.

1. Fluent in English; basic Italian is a plus.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Degree from a business/engineering school or fashion school.
