Givenchy Assistant Boutique Manager

- Collaborate with the Boutique Director to lead and support boutique operations to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate a culture of service excellence and client development.
- Hire, train, and provide feedback to team members to ensure performance expectations are met.
- Act as a client experience manager, fostering a climate of exceptional customer service.
- Serve as an ambassador for Givenchy in the community, building relationships with local businesses.
- Ensure continuous presence on the sales floor, coaching the team on the selling ceremony.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experiences.
- Address client feedback to improve service quality.
- Mentor and lead the existing team while identifying and developing new talent.
- Identify and implement efficiencies and best practices to enhance customer service and operations.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries.
- 2-3+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Proficiency in presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony technology such as ZOOM.
- Ability to manage multiple commitments diplomatically.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
