1. Assist in drafting and reviewing supply chain-related contracts, including service, maintenance, and purchase agreements.
2. Conduct legal research on supply chain issues.
3. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
4. Maintain a database of legal contracts.
5. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the legal team, including document review, calendar management, and file organization.
6. Assist with the management of compliance and privacy activities.
7. Prepare presentations, reports, and other legal documents as needed.

1. Law graduate with excellent academic performance.
2. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

1. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. High level of confidentiality.
4. Proactive and flexible with a willingness to learn.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong academic background in law is essential.
