1. Manage and coordinate technical services for the facility, including analysis of technical needs and maintenance planning.
2. Oversee building operations, including seasonal system adjustments and maintenance of structures and installations.
3. Conduct preventive maintenance and manage equipment such as forklifts and hoists.
4. Assist in the expansion and renovation projects, including drafting specifications and supporting project management.
5. Prioritize and manage extraordinary intervention requests within production departments.
6. Coordinate with external suppliers for maintenance contracts and interventions.
7. Supervise mandatory periodic inspections of systems and services.
8. Manage utilities and services with a focus on sustainability and compliance with Kering group directives.
9. Analyze and control energy consumption, planning improvement actions.
10. Supervise and coordinate company construction sites, including project documentation and execution monitoring.
11. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of infrastructures, including periodic inspections and sensor network management.

1. Degree in Engineering or related fields
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
3. Excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
