- Manage and coordinate technical services for the facility, including analysis of technical needs and maintenance planning.
- Oversee building operations, including seasonal system adjustments and maintenance of structures and installations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and manage equipment such as forklifts and hoists.
- Assist in the expansion and renovation projects, including drafting specifications and supporting project management.
- Prioritize and manage extraordinary intervention requests within production departments.
- Coordinate with external suppliers for maintenance contracts and interventions.
- Supervise mandatory periodic inspections of systems and services.
- Manage utilities and services with a focus on sustainability and compliance with Kering group directives.
- Analyze and control energy consumption, planning improvement actions.
- Supervise and coordinate company construction sites, including project documentation and execution monitoring.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of infrastructures, including periodic inspections and sensor network management.
- Degree in Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
