- Manage order processing, including entering new customer orders and generating order confirmations.
- Support pre-sales activities by handling samples, gifts, and consignment processes from data entry to preparation and shipment organization.
- Provide customer and sales support by creating mailing lists, sending commercial and marketing materials, and preparing files and databases as per client requests.
- Handle customer complaints by verifying received reports, processing replacement orders, and managing return procedures.
- Previous experience in a similar role or context.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with clients and colleagues across all business functions.
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
