- Support the analysis of CRM campaigns and customer journeys across all touchpoints.
- Assist in customer segmentation and profiling using demographic, behavioral, and transactional data.
- Prepare monthly dashboards to monitor main client KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities in customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
- Contribute to developing tools and client engagement content to enhance the in-store client experience.
- Support the senior manager with the implementation of in-store event formats, factory visits, and client experiences in and around Florence.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in luxury retail, customer experience, and brand loyalty.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights.
- Fluency in English and ideally in Italian.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in luxury retail and customer engagement is essential.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
