- Develop and implement seasonal visual concepts and in-store displays in alignment with global brand directives and local market needs.
- Design and execute window presentations, floor sets and mannequin styling to maximise sell-through and brand storytelling.
- Produce creative briefs, mock-ups and technical diagrams for store teams and external display contractors.
- Collaborate with store managers, merchandising and marketing teams to ensure visual coherence across channels and promotional events.
- Manage roll-out of visual campaigns, supervise installation and ensure quality control at boutique level.
- Maintain display assets inventory; coordinate props, fixtures and signage procurement within budget.
- Analyse sales impact of visual initiatives and adapt concepts based on KPIs and seasonal performance.
- Train and mentor boutique staff on visual standards, dressing techniques and planogram compliance.
- 3–5 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion retail.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong window displays, fixture layout and concept development.
- Proven ability to translate creative direction into practical, scalable in-store executions.
- Strong project-management aptitude with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Excellent sense of proportion, colour and brand-appropriate styling.
- Fluent spoken and written communication skills appropriate for liaising with international teams (language specifics not provided).
