The Horlogerie Bijouterie division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of watches and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Serving as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 flagship stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 Louis Pion outlets nationwide and a robust e-commerce platform, the brand offers an unparalleled selection of timepieces and jewelry, spanning over 60 brands from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban centers and airports, through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in major department stores and airports, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Lead and develop the sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching, ensuring a strong operational presence on the sales floor.
- Drive the commercial growth of the store by devising and communicating effective action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Foster a customer-centric culture among team members, ensuring an exceptional client experience and promoting customer loyalty.
- Oversee the administrative management of the store, ensuring compliance with social regulations and adherence to group policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Manage administrative operations including accounting, HR, reporting, stock control, after-sales service, security, and safety, as well as handling disputes.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a similar role.

A minimum of two years in a comparable managerial position within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion or accessories.
Fixed salary ranging from €2,200 to €2,400 over 12.5 months, complemented by a stimulating variable compensation linked to commercial and individual performance objectives, including monthly and quarterly bonuses and personal sales commissions.
