1. Gather and define requirements from operational departments.
2. Organize and facilitate internal workshops.
3. Participate in the selection of solutions and service providers.
4. Manage assigned projects through to deployment.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent, ideally with a specialization in HRIS or a related field.

1. Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
2. Proficiency in technology and enthusiasm for adopting new innovations.
3. Experience in HRIS is a plus.

A first experience in HRIS is advantageous.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.

Compensation is transparent and aligned with educational level: €1,300 gross monthly for Bac +4, €1,500 gross monthly for Bac +5.
