- Welcome and inform clients about various services and current commercial and event activities at the store.
- Promote and sell store services and complementary products such as gift cards, loyalty cards, financing options, delivery, and shipping.
- Manage the services offered within the Concierge Space, including payment processing, tax refunds, returns, exchanges, shipping, and delivery.
- Handle diverse customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure a high standard of hospitality in the Lounges, including dedicated catering services.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Proven ability to build trustful relationships with clients and provide personalized solutions.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
A fixed annual salary of €22,080 gross, with a stimulating variable component up to €115 gross per month, plus a thirteenth month bonus.
