1. Ensure customer satisfaction and act as a brand ambassador by overseeing the quality of customer service and handling disputes.
2. Manage and optimize sales performance in the premium or luxury sector.
3. Challenge and train sales teams to enhance sales and offer additional services.
4. Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor in accordance with merchandising guidelines.
5. Organize commercial events and collaborate with stock managers.
6. Lead and motivate the team through daily coaching and dynamic commercial activities.
7. Participate in recruitment and integration of new team members.
8. Provide regular feedback and maintain transparent communication to foster a constructive work environment.
9. Organize schedules to ensure quality customer service and zoning compliance.
