The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is a preeminent French distributor of horology and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Serving as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 Louis Pion outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, it offers a diverse range of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store. Additionally, the division operates mono-brand boutiques for luxury names like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. This division aims to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and enhance sales figures.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (e.g., resizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build trustful relationships.
- Action-oriented and results-driven.
- Adaptable to various situations and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
- Knowledge of luxury watch and jewelry brands.
Previous experience in retail, particularly in luxury goods, is preferred.

Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
