Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of boutiques. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for illustrious names like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and Hermès, catering to enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions and ensure accurate processing of payments.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform basic repairs on-site, such as resizing and strap changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory audits.
