Galeries Lafayette Sales Advisor (Work‑Study / Apprenticeship)
A luxury fashion brand operating in the French retail sector, typically part of the broader luxury group ecosystem. - Deliver attentive, personalised client service and build long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling;
- Support the boutique sales cycle: welcome clients, present merchandise, advise on fit and styling, and close sales to achieve daily/weekly targets;
- Maintain boutique standards of visual merchandising, ensure window and floor displays reflect brand directives;
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, handle returns and manage cash or payment reconciliation as required;
- Assist with stock management: receive shipments, execute replenishment, perform stock counts and keep accurate inventory records;
- Participate in store reporting, CRM updates and follow‑up actions to nurture repeat business;
- Enrolled in a recognised work‑study (alternance) or apprenticeship program in retail, commerce, hospitality or a related discipline;
- Strong customer‑facing orientation with professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and evenings as required by boutique scheduling;
- Legal eligibility to undertake an alternance contract in France (if applicable).
