1. Deliver high-quality customer service: welcome clients, assess needs, provide product advice and close sales with a focus on conversion and average basket value.
2. Maintain thorough product knowledge of watches and accessories to present features, craftsmanship and after‑sales options confidently.
3. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately: process transactions, returns and exchanges, and handle cash/ card procedures following company policies.
4. Execute visual merchandising standards and window displays to reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
5. Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform stock counts, replenish the salesfloor and participate in inventory reconciliations.
6. Follow up on after‑sales service requests, repairs and client enquiries, ensuring high levels of client retention.
7. Contribute to store performance reporting and collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
8. Maintain boutique presentation, hygiene and loss-prevention measures at all times.

1. Secondary education (high school diploma/Baccalauréat) or equivalent vocational qualification preferred.
2. Eligible to work in France and available to work a 35‑hour week on a fixed‑term (CDD) contract.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
4. Interest in watches, jewellery or fashion accessories and a willingness to develop technical product knowledge.
5. Numerate, organised and comfortable operating POS systems and handling transactions.

Previous retail experience is preferred — ideally 1+ year in fashion, accessories or watch/jewellery retail. Experience meeting sales targets and working in a boutique environment is an advantage.
