Galeries Lafayette Sales Advisor
The Horlogerie Bijouterie Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of watches and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With a robust presence of 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz grants access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, complemented by a bespoke jewelry creation service. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, and Omega.
- Provide personalized customer service and sales of luxury products using appropriate sales techniques and ceremonial protocols.
- Listen to, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales experiences.
- Adapt to the individual needs and motivations of each client.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Contribute to the boutique's revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure unique and satisfying shopping experiences to foster client loyalty.
- Maintain client relationships through personalized follow-ups and digital tools.
- Develop a client book and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Participate in after-sales service tasks.
- Ensure the boutique's upkeep, organization, and adherence to group and brand policies and procedures.
- Assist in product merchandising according to brand standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the high-end service sector.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Mastery of luxury codes and associated sales techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills for establishing privileged relationships internally and externally.
- Dynamic, adaptable, with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- High level of rigor and demand.
- Team spirit, curiosity, commitment, and enthusiasm.
A minimum of 2 years in luxury sales, demonstrating a deep understanding of high-end service environments.
