- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of safety and risk prevention procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Hygiene, Safety, Environment) regulations and legal safety obligations.
- Contribute to the identification and analysis of occupational risks and the development of preventive action plans.
- Conduct internal audits for compliance and risk prevention.
- Maintain regulatory watch on safety standards and prevent non-compliance.
- Propose improvements and assist in implementing best practices in safety and prevention.
- Lead safety awareness and training sessions for staff.
- Support teams in incident management and corrective measure implementation.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by presenting safety guidelines.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Bac +3) in management, security, or operational management.
- Ability to adapt approach and behavior to different situations.

A transparent fixed salary aligned with educational level and age, plus a variable component up to €150 based on monthly store revenue.
