- Participate in updating the Document Unique d'Évaluation des Risques Professionnels (DUERP) and its annual planning.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of action plans derived from the DUERP.
- Plan and monitor regulatory training in health, safety, and working conditions.
- Deploy and manage online training modules dedicated to professional risks.
- Analyze workplace accidents, collect information, identify causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead post-accident action follow-ups in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Participate in CSSCT working groups focused on working conditions and ergonomics.
- Raise awareness among employees about ergonomics and workplace arrangements.
- Monitor monthly prevention indicators and contribute to the drafting of the PAPRIPACT.
- Create and distribute "Safety Flashes" to regularly sensitize teams.
- Advise on the selection of appropriate and secure work equipment.
- Manage and oversee chemical products.
- Assist managers in developing prevention plans, focusing on coactivity risks.
- Train supervisors in methodologies and best practices for prevention plan development and updates.
- Coordinate follow-up actions from prevention plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish and monitor performance and compliance indicators related to coactivity and prevention plans.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in Risk Prevention (HSE/QHSE/Health and Safety at Work).
- 1 to 2 years of successful professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong desire to contribute to prevention strategy development.
- Ability to actively participate in CSSCT activities.
- Adaptability to new challenges and dynamic environments.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ambitious mindset with a focus on achieving impactful business results.
1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within risk prevention or health and safety.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in Risk Prevention or related field.
Fixed annual salary of €36,000 to €38,000, with potential variable compensation up to €2,000 annually.
