- Lead and coach a boutique sales team to deliver and exceed weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling, VIP service and after-sales follow-up.
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations including visual merchandising, stock control, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention procedures.
- Recruit, onboard and conduct ongoing training to uphold brand service standards, product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Analyse sales KPIs and CRM data to build action plans, forecast demand and optimise assortment and staffing levels.
- Coordinate in-store events, private appointments and client outreach initiatives to drive traffic and conversion.
- Ensure compliance with brand presentation guidelines, store policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing retail teams in a premium or luxury environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused demeanour; ability to foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Organisational aptitude for inventory management, visual standards and multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting.

Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail may substitute for formal qualifications.
