1. Manage recruitment processes for designated business units within the store, collaborating with managers to understand hiring needs and market conditions.
2. Ensure effective dissemination of job openings through internal and external channels, including career pages, specialized job boards, and social media platforms.
3. Optimize sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, conducting both physical and digital interviews.
4. Coordinate recruitment efforts with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
5. Build and maintain talent pools for various roles, fostering proactive recruitment strategies.
6. Stay informed on industry trends to enhance recruitment practices and acquisition channels, participating in relevant events and webinars.
7. Lead recruitment campaigns for seasonal staffing needs and oversee employee referral programs.
8. Implement and facilitate collective recruitment sessions and contribute to HR process optimization projects.
9. Enhance candidate experience and onboarding processes.

Fixed annual salary between €35,000 and €38,000, plus up to €2,000 in variable compensation.
