1. Implement recruitment policies in collaboration with managers across various business units.
2. Manage recruitment campaigns and support managers in their hiring needs.
3. Ensure effective job advertisement both internally and externally.
4. Optimize sourcing strategies and identify talent through CV screening and interviews.
5. Coordinate with candidates, managers, and HR to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
6. Build talent pools for different roles and anticipate future hiring needs.
7. Stay updated on recruitment practices and participate in relevant events.
8. Lead reinforcement recruitment campaigns and manage cooptation campaigns.
9. Deploy and manage recruitment kits and collective recruitment sessions.
10. Participate in projects to optimize HR processes.
11. Contribute to enhancing the candidate experience and onboarding process.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.

Fixed salary on 13 months, ranging from 35k to 38k per year, with a variable bonus up to 2000€ per year.
