- Manage recruitment processes for designated business units within the store, collaborating with managers to understand hiring needs and market conditions.
- Ensure effective dissemination of job openings through internal and external channels, including career pages, specialized job boards, and social media platforms.
- Optimize sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, conducting both physical and digital interviews.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts with stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pools for various roles, fostering proactive recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed on industry trends to enhance recruitment practices and acquisition channels, participating in relevant events and webinars.
- Lead recruitment campaigns for seasonal staffing needs and oversee employee referral programs.
- Implement and facilitate collective recruitment sessions and contribute to HR process optimization projects.
- Enhance candidate experience and onboarding processes.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment.
- Proven ability to adapt to dynamic environments and handle new challenges.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment is required.
Fixed annual salary between €35,000 and €38,000, plus up to €2,000 in variable compensation.
