1. Analyze restaurant indicators using laboratory data, control office insights, and digital self-monitoring tools.
2. Monitor action plans for various sales points overseen by the quality service.
3. Update the digital PMS system.
4. Revise the EUROFINS audit grid and its reference framework.
5. Assist the quality manager in all related tasks.
6. Track the progress of quality events such as withdrawals, recalls, alerts, and inspections.
7. Contribute to the implementation of the Quality System review.
8. Ensure structured and effective periodic analysis of the quality system.
9. Maintain compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
10. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

1. Currently enrolled in a second-year BTS/IUT program specializing in agro-industry/food quality management.

2. Action-oriented with enthusiasm for new challenges.
3. Proficient in technology and anticipates innovations.
4. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in food quality management is essential.

Currently pursuing a BTS/IUT in agro-industry/food quality management.
