- Analyze restaurant indicators using laboratory data, control office insights, and digital self-monitoring tools.
- Monitor action plans for various sales points overseen by the quality service.
- Update the digital PMS system.
- Revise the EUROFINS audit grid and its reference framework.
- Assist the quality manager in all related tasks.
- Track the progress of quality events such as withdrawals, recalls, alerts, and inspections.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Quality System review.
- Ensure structured and effective periodic analysis of the quality system.
- Maintain compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Currently enrolled in a second-year BTS/IUT program specializing in agro-industry/food quality management.
- Agility in learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Action-oriented with enthusiasm for new challenges.
- Proficient in technology and anticipates innovations.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic background in food quality management is essential.
Currently pursuing a BTS/IUT in agro-industry/food quality management.
