- Lead the product vision for client marketing applications, collaborating with marketing, sales, and technical teams.
- Gather and prioritize requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure the delivery of high-value solutions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and engage development teams.
- Maintain and enhance the functionality of client relationship tools, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Support users daily, oversee testing, manage production releases, and anticipate future developments through active industry monitoring.
- Coordinate with partners and vendors to ensure solution performance and provide a seamless, omnichannel loyalty experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably in loyalty programs.
- Strong customer and user orientation with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Ability to empower and hold oneself and others accountable for achieving objectives.
- Ambitious mindset with a focus on delivering impactful business results.
- Strong team collaboration skills and natural inclination to involve colleagues in projects.
- Familiarity with customer voice tools like Goodays (Critizr) is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in a Product Owner role or similar, with a preference for experience in loyalty programs.
Fixed annual salary between €55,000 and €65,000, paid over 13 months, with a stimulating variable component.
