1. Organize and manage the sales floor, maintaining merchandising standards and product presentation.
2. Prepare and display products while ensuring security measures to prevent losses.

5. Welcome, inform, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
6. Facilitate sales transactions and manage post-purchase customer relations, including handling complaints.
7. Monitor commercial performance indicators and understand store results.
8. Engage in competitive analysis and support team integration, including new hires.
9. Oversee team activity organization and management.
10. Assist Personal Stylists in sales and customer relations.
11. Contribute to stock management, including inventory and product preparation for sale.
