- Welcome high-end clientele in accordance with service protocols.
- Promote the store and its services, communicating and enhancing the brands, current events, offers, and services.
- Recruit new high-end clientele in alignment with service expectations.
- Act as an ambassador for Galeries Lafayette's image to a targeted high-end client base through communication and promotion of store services.
- Assist clients in the preparation, execution, and finalization of their shopping journey.
- Conduct preparatory phone interviews with clients to identify their needs and propose a product selection that aligns with their stylistic preferences.
- Stage selected products to encourage purchases, enhancing product presentation and creating a compelling sales scene.
- Execute sales in accordance with luxury protocols, attentively listening to client needs and offering tailored advice.
- Know and apply internal procedures, personally assisting clients with their requests.
- Offer the full range of store products and services, engaging other services as needed.
- Ensure compliance with merchandise borrowing and return procedures.
- Facilitate remote client interactions (live shopping, remote sales, wishlists) in line with service rhythms and rules.
- Finalize sales transactions according to service protocols, including organizing payment, tax refunds, and service arrangements.
- Guarantee proper product packaging and preparation for delivery or shipment.
- Return borrowed products and report on activities, entering client information into the database.
- Report any disputes or issues to the Manager.
- Maintain personalized client relationships during each appointment, fostering loyalty.
- Manage and develop a client portfolio, proposing and sharing special client attentions with Managers (event invitations, private sales, previews).
- Academic training in Fashion and Styling.
- Experience in luxury boutique sales.
- In-depth knowledge of high-end client expectations and behavior.
- Proficiency in English at a fluent level; a third language is advantageous.
- Client-oriented approach.
- Expertise in fashion and trends.
- Ability to build trustful relationships with clients and provide personalized solutions.
- Adaptability and action-oriented mindset.
- Capability to adjust approach and behavior to different situations.
Previous experience in luxury boutique sales is required.
Academic training in Fashion and Styling is required.
Compensation includes a fixed salary over 13 months, aligned with experience and skills.
