- Implement the brand's security strategy.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk prevention to safeguard people and property.
- Maintain the safety and compliance of equipment and infrastructure.
- Oversee security and cleaning services, ensuring they meet Galeries Lafayette's standards.
- Support staff involved in store security and maintenance.
- Ensure the reliability of merchandise flow (known/unknown shrinkage).
- Manage and allocate the budget for operational activities.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a challenging retail environment.
- SSIAP 3 certification.
- Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of ERP systems.
- Adaptability to various situations.
- Courage to take initiatives and calculated risks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Significant experience in a similar position within a retail setting, demonstrating agility and a focus on risk prevention.
SSIAP 3 certification required.
Annual gross salary ranging from €38,000 to €43,000, with a variable component of €1,000.
