- Organize and conduct medical surveillance of employees, including scheduling medical visits and monitoring health restrictions.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care, ensuring the quality of routine and emergency treatments, and manage accident declarations.
- Maintain the occupational health space, ensuring cleanliness and managing medical supplies and expiration dates.
- Contribute to health education, prevention, and training initiatives for employees.
- Participate in workplace studies, epidemiological research, and other medical inquiries to support preventive actions.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of health information on the medical intranet.
- State nursing diploma.
- Significant experience of 2-3 years in a hospital setting or occupational health service.
- Strong organizational and reactive capabilities.
- Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High level of diplomacy and discretion.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hospital or occupational health setting is required.
State nursing diploma.
Fixed annual salary paid over 12 months, with a variable component up to €145 gross per month based on a 35-hour workweek. Includes a 13th-month bonus and various other premiums.
